In addition to the minimum legal requirements set out by law - Three months to cover engine and gearbox in the event of failure strictly in accordance with terms and conditions set out below, not affecting statutory rights.

Terms and Conditions

Returns & Repairs: Any claim for returns or repairs (or cost of) shall only be considered subject to prior return and assessment by vendor's engineer.

Claims for repairs or expenses incurred without specific prior authorisation in writing from vendor shall not be considered.
